To make sure our security process is followed you'll need to first log into your Nimbus account by following the link here.

If you need to reset your password you can do it via the link here.

Once logged click on Services > My Services:

Then click on service you want to cancel:

Once on the services product page "Cancel service" on the bottom left:

Lastly fill out the details on the page on why you're looking for cancel, add a note to at the bottom of the page click the Proceed with Cancellation button.  

The next page confirms the cancellation and allows you to select when you want it cancelled.  Select when you want that to happen and click Submit Cancellation Request.
