On a rare occasion your service may become unresponsive, typically due to overuse of system resource. In this scenario it would be worth giving your server a reboot to see it that resolves the issue. You can request a soft reboot via STORM following this guide - https://support.nimbushosting.co.uk/support/solutions/articles/36000020534-rebooting-your-server


If your service is completely unresponsive then the above may not work and you will need to force reboot your service, see the steps to do that below.


Login to your Nimbus client area and select the service that you'd like the boost for.



Click Management Actions.



Click Reboot Server.
