NOC - Emergency Out of Hours Service

Nimbus has an emergency out-of-hours service if your server goes down outside of our normal office hours (Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:30pm Friday 8am - 4:30pm UK Time).

To contact our emergency out-of-hours service (server outages only) please raise a ticket via https://nim.host/noc or leave us a message by calling 0208 0909664.

Please note this is an emergency service and is only to be used if the site/server is unreachable. Generally, NOC issues are things like:

• General Site/Server Outages
• Server outage due to disk space being used up
• Server outage due to memory overuse
• Backup Restores (if you have one of our backup services) if your site is down because of it.

Unfortunately, NOC does not cover email issues so these will be treated as a priority during the next office hours.
