Giving your Server a Nickname

Sometimes the server name can be a bit confusing and perhaps doesn't best describe what work, or what sites are on there. We've thought about this and you can give your server a nickname, a friendly name that will help you identify what's on it.

Log in the the Nimbus Hosting platform and select the server you want to give a nickname to and you'll end up on the server dashboard. Up at the top you'll see the section for Nickname.

Click there and give your server a name that better describes the work that takes place on there and that's how you, and your team, will see it listed in your dashboard.
