What happens to my commission if a client receives a refund?

If a client receives a full refund for their Nimbus service within the refund period (as outlined in Nimbus’ terms of service), any commission earned on that client will be deducted from your future payouts.

What happens to my commission if a client cancels their service?

Commissions are based on recurring revenue. If a client cancels their Nimbus service, you will no longer earn commission on their monthly fees.
