Backups run in the wee small hours between 1am and 3am and are kept for 14 days, so you always have recent restore points ready if you need them.

To keep things extra safe, your backups are stored off the main server on a separate system within our infrastructure. If you ever need to roll your site back to an earlier version, you can do so quickly and easily through your dashboard using our restore guide.

We include 14-day backups because we know how important they are, but we also know some businesses need a little more.

Your backups will continue to run automatically overnight and will be securely stored off-server on separate infrastructure, giving you an even longer safety net in the unlikely event something goes wrong.

To upgrade, choose the server you want to back up, open your dashboard, click on Daily Backups, select See Upgrade Options, choose the upgrade you want, and click Confirm Upgrade.
